Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information VastuRadiance collects, how we use it, and the care we take to keep it private.
Information we collect
When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and your birth date, time and place.
For payments, we receive a UPI transaction reference that you provide. We do not collect or store your bank account details, card numbers or UPI PIN.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to prepare your reading, schedule and confirm your consultation, respond to your enquiries, and send you the notes or recordings related to your session.
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we never sell it.
Confidentiality of your chart
Your birth details, your chart and anything you share during a consultation are treated as strictly confidential. They are discussed only with you and are never published or shared with third parties.
Payment information
Payments are made directly through your own UPI application. VastuRadiance does not process card or bank credentials and has no access to them.
Data retention
We keep consultation records only as long as needed to serve you well and to meet any legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at archanavastu@gmail.com.
